The floating art project in Urca finally sets sail
Since February, the picturesque little harbour in Urca has become a hive of artistic endeavour with the Flutuarte team painting the tops of the fishing boats in a collective spirit of creativity and comaradery. To celebrate their work, a one-off floating party will be held on Friday afternoon, with twelve boats tied together and setting off into the Guanabara Bay for music, drinking and all round bonhomie.
