The madcap orchestra that's keeping the carnival spirit alive with a little help from Europe
Fresh from their first ever tour to Europe, Orquestra Voadora are back in their hometown and ready to bring the funk once again, this time with the help of a pair of brass bands from France. Always ready with a swift, brass-drenched cover of a pop classic or afrobeat gem to get the dancefloor started, the carioca band is joined by Dumb and Brass and Fine Polettes for the night, two bands they encountered on the streets of Paris and who are themselves no strangers to the power of deftly wielding a trombone. This should be a belter.
