An impressive and expensive buffet of near-perfect salads
An extremely popular por kilo restaurant, Couve-Flor (cauliflower in English) draws the hoards from surrounding Jardim Botânico and Horto to the Humaita end of the gardens. Extensive salad and sushi bars, the usual hot dishes and a decent churrascaria serving beef and chicken are all worth a visit, and if the queue is too long ask for a seat upstairs and the wait will be shorter.
