As well as their famous year-round cheese, meat and chocolate dippers, the steaks are also sublime. The Filé de Bouef Butterfly, pork chops and smoked turkey breast all ooze alpine authenticity and the Salada Flamende combines sun dried beef, Parma ham and smoked chicken with leaves and vegetables to delicious effect.
