In a series of workshops conducted by music therapy graduate, Bruno Duarte, participants will learn how to produce percussive rhythms, using both instruments and just their own bodies. The classes feature a teaching method called ‘conducted improvisation’, a technique developed in 2006 by Argentinean musician Santiago Vásquez, that aims to unite all the participants in a collective improvised jam session.
