Still a relative newcomer in town, Galeria Logo opened in August 2011 in a airy, white Pinheiros space with a roster of artists that includes some of the city’s most interesting, edgy young talents. In an effort to present some of that talent to the art-loving public, Logo’s latest show, ‘A Lista’ (‘The List’), features a selection of works by the gallery’s 28 artists — brand new pieces, as well as works from the back room – plus six guest artists. We like Walter Nomura's complex, colourful, messy paintings, Flávio Samelo's striking monochrome photos, and Talita Hoffman’s utterly dreamlike vision of strange landscapes, populated by even stranger creatures. Also look out for work by the gallery’s Felipe Yung, aka Flip, who currently has the solo exhibition, ‘Hentai’ at the MUBE.
