Among the British-themed attractions at this year's Cultura Inglesa Festival are two free mini film festivals; Rockumentários Britânicos, a series of British music documentaries, as well as the Mostra de Cinema Contemporâneo Britânico, screening contemporary British films, at cinemas and cultural centres across the city.
Three Brazilian shorts will also be shown in an effort to encourage artistic and cultural exchange between British and Brazilian filmmakers. Read on for our pick of the films.

Meeting People is Easy

Released last year, this film tells the story of a deceased man named Martin who is stuck in limbo on Earth welcoming the newly departed into the afterlife, all the while dreaming of going 'Up There'.
