The big ten-man band from the ‘90s performs at Bourbon, bringing their whole arsenal of samba-rock, swing and, of course, funk to the stage. The show’s set should draw from each of their three albums, especially last year’s Cura pelo Som. They’re also good for a few fun covers, like their take on the old Tennessee Ernie Ford number ‘Sixteen Tons’ (retitled as ‘16 Toneladas’). Funk Como Le Gusta is a musical heavy-weight worth catching.
