Romantic refuge serves delicate French food

This venue closed on January 2013
This previously five-tabled restaurant moved across the street and now has better decoration and service than before, but most importantly, it still has the same great French food. Chef Daniela França Pinto has a good hand for meat dishes, especially the steak au poivre. Avoid the pasta if you’re hungry, as it can be too light for a full meal. Though if a light meal is all you're after, pull up a pew at the long wooden bar and order a croque monsieur. There’s live music on Wednesdays, with French accordion music to go with that day’s oyster bar.
R$30-$43; lunch R$32; couvert R$8.50
